To grill the perfect corn every time in 30 minutes, follow these 3 easy steps.
1.) Peel back the outer leaves but leave them intact. Completely remove the inside strands from corn kernels. Replace the outer leaves around the ear of corn. Brush lightly with olive oil or butter if desired.
2.) Soak the corn by completely covering it in water for 15 or 20 minutes.
3.) Place the soaked corn on the grill on low heat and turn a 1/4 turn every couple of minutes. Your corn should be grilled perfectly in about 15 minutes.
